Senior Operations Manager -- Remote | WFH

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our team and lead the enhancement and expansion of our Customer Experience Department. This pivotal role focuses on optimizing workflows for our Support Teams and nurturing client relationships. We need someone who is strategic, data-driven, and adept at managing operations and customer support.

What You'll Do

Lead initiatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure efficient rollout and execution of processes.

Develop and execute strategies to boost customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.

Implement and refine operational best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.

Work closely with senior management to align operational goals with business strategies.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Manage resource allocation, staffing, and utilization to achieve operational goals.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

What You'll Need

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in high-growth environments.

Proven track record in leading teams and optimizing operations for efficiency and growth.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Detail-oriented and process improvement-focused, with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Experience in communicating effectively with business owners and senior leadership.

Familiarity with CRM and ticketing software (e.g., ZenDesk, Airtable) is advantageous.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
