Senior Vice President

I am currently working alongside a top Southeastern General Contractor in the US. They are looking for someone to lead and grow their commercial construction team across the SE.

Carry out some of the most advanced and biggest data centers in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Business Development and Sales leadership.
• Establish and drive a sales culture into all levels of the organization.
• Manage Business Development, Operations, and Preconstruction/Estimating teams.
• Strategy formation and business planning- develop annual business plans.
• Drive work with stakeholders, design, and construction teams to create master development programs for their largest sites and Greenfield projects.
• Identifying, developing, growing, and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive the growth and success of their construction division, with full autonomy to lead out the division as you see fit.
• Report directly into the CEO/President and have regular meeting to discuss strategies and plans for moving forward.

Profile

• The ideal candidate is someone with diverse experience across multiple General Building markets as this will allow them to grow into more commercial markets in the next 2-3 years.
• Fifteen or more years of experience with delivery of commercial, institutional, manufacturing, and industrial projects.
• Ten or more years of professional experience leading teams.
