La Semilla is a full-service vegan restaurant offering Latin cuisine in the heart of Reynoldstown. The flagship concept by Happy Seed, La Semilla offers a forward-thinking approach to dining without sacrificing satisfaction and familiarity and is the genesis of a mission to unite hospitality and the possibilities of plant-based cuisine.
La Semilla servers are the plant-based purveyors of our establishment. They are the givers of good times and the makers of memories. The Server is challenged with the responsibility of combining product knowledge, salesmanship, and charisma to create a memorable, informed dining experience. As a fully plant-based concept, we have a unique position in the industry and so the Server will be consistently questioned on their understanding of our food and beverage offerings. It is critical that our servers are confident and able to discuss menus, ingredients, allergens, preparation styles and flavor profiles in detail. They will guide our guests through their dining experience with recommendations, insight, and timely service.
