ServiceNow Solutions Lead/Platform Architect
Onsite- - Richardson, TX (3 days/week to work from office)
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Access Control Lists (ACLs), security, and enhancements. This role requires strong leadership skills along with technical expertise to architect and lead ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow platform-related initiatives, providing leadership and guidance to the team.
• Architect, design, and implement complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Lead discussions and workshops with stakeholders to identify opportunities for platform enhancements and improvements.
• Define and enforce best practices related to ACLs, security, and platform capabilities.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance and support.
