Senior Experiential Production Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Experiential/Events Production Manager with a robust background in managing immersive experiential campaigns and events. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who possesses extensive experience in production management, decision-making, and leading calls, with the potential for full-time employment (FTE) if mutually agreed upon.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the production and execution of immersive experiential marketing campaigns and events that captivate and engage target audiences.

- Lead project calls, making informed decisions to steer projects toward success and ensure seamless communication with all stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with creative teams and fabrication houses to ensure designs are feasible and align with production capabilities.

- Work with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and project management, to ensure flawless execution of projects.

- Maintain extensive crew and vendor contacts in all major markets, leveraging these relationships to enhance project delivery.

- Be hands-on and proactive, rolling up your sleeves to manage and produce incredible events and experiential marketing campaigns.

- Understand event spaces, facilities, and venues, ensuring effective utilization of floor plans and layouts.

- Coordinate logistics, including transportation, equipment rentals, permits, and on-site installations, to ensure smooth event operations.

- Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

- Supervise on-site activities, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring the event runs smoothly.

- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to maintain clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in managing experiential campaigns and events, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in overseeing engaging, immersive experiences.

- Strong understanding of the production and fabrication processes, with the ability to liaise effectively with fabrication houses.

- Exceptional leadership and production management skills, with the ability to drive projects from conception through completion.

- Extensive industry knowledge, with a robust network of crew and vendor contacts in major markets.

- Practical understanding of event spaces, facilities, and venues, including the creation and management of floor plans.

- Proficiency in coordinating logistics, including transportation, equipment rentals, permits, and on-site installations.

- Excellent budget and timeline management skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

- Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to manage on-site activities and address issues promptly.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
