We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Assistant to join our team. The Social Media Assistant will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and feedback.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
Assist in the creation of visual content such as graphics, videos, and infographics.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
Salary: $710 - $1250 per week
