What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalable, resilient system design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product and technical goals.
Set clear performance expectations and support team members' professional growth.
Balance hands-on technical leadership with strategic planning and execution.
What You Bring:
Strong experience in backend development with Rust or functional programming languages.
Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams with Blockchain/Asset background
Expertise in designing and delivering distributed, high-availability systems, ideally within Ethereum or Solidity
Strong technical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Passion for cultivating a supportive, growth-focused team environment.
