Solutions Architect

Job Title: Freelance Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 CE/CRM

Location: Remote (occasional travel to Sweden required)

Engagement Type: Contract/Freelance

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect specializing in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM to support our client on a project-based implementations and deliver tailored solutions for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Architect scalable and secure Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions across modules like Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Technical Implementation: Lead or assist in system customization, including workflows, plugins, integrations, and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Integration: Design and implement integrations with external systems using Azure services, APIs, and middleware tools.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.
• Documentation: Deliver technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and deployment guides.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM (minimum 3+ years) and the Power Platform.
• Expertise in customizations (C#, JavaScript) and integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST APIs).
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data governance.
• Ability to manage projects independently, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
• Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect are a plus.
