OVERVIEW
The Senior Director, Finance will manage the team responsible for calculating and recording the month end financial results for Gateway. As a people manager, the Sr. Director will provide leadership to the staff. This role requires a self-motivated attitude, great organizational skills, and demonstrated analytical skills.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE PROFILE
Degree in Finance, Accounting or related
10+ year's experience
Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
PBM experience preferred
Rebate experience preferred
Alteryx experience a plus
Advanced Excel Skills required
Strong analytical capabilities
Knowledge of rebate revenue and payment cycle highly desired
Experience with SQL preferred
Contract experience preferred
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple deadlines while delivering excellent results

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related
Experience
10+ years of experience
5+ years’ experience managing people
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Demonstrate excellent leadership skills

Knowledge of rebate revenue and payment cycle highly desired
Experience with SQL preferred

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Oversee the team responsible for the monthly/quarterly GHP forecast process and monthly submission process
Reconcile and analyze vendor payments on a quarterly basis to ensure vendor accountability to contract
Review month end client margin and support the creation of the month end financial package
Support the creation of the GHP budget
Provide direction for executing company wide and department wide initiatives.
Collaborate with client management and pricing to ensure accurate information is used for monthly accruals
Perform ad hoc client margin analytics including scenario analysis to support underwriting, client services and the payment team.
