TJX is a $50 billion-plus revenue, Fortune 100 global off-price retail powerhouse. We have a newly created position for a Sr. Manager, Executive Recruiting.
The Sr. Manager will play a key role in leading the strategic direction of our in-house executive recruiting practice, utilizing best in class search processes and methodologies. You will develop strategies to identify Executive level talent for critical roles across TJX and lead a growing team responsible for hiring our future leaders inclusive of Corporate Office, Field District Management and Regional Vice Presidents. In addition, you will be responsible for cultivating a culture of inclusion and diversity throughout the recruitment process. This highly visible role reports to the AVP, Talent Acquisition Executive & Corporate functions. It is a hybrid position based in Framingham, MA.
What You Will Do:
Lead the strategic direction of our executive recruiting practice and help build the future of hiring for critical Field leadership roles
Manage and oversee the Executive Search team while partnering with functional leaders to drive strategic recruitment initiatives (team of 3)
Lead the execution of internal and external searches while providing first class executive search delivery
Develop search strategies, conduct research, and present qualified candidates for executive searches as needed
Leverage proven search firm experience to maintain a consistent search process focused on providing an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Innovate and iterate on recruiting strategies and processes providing talent solutions based on organizational needs
Define team vision, strategy, and goals, ensuring delivery of results
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the executive recruitment team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
Stay at the forefront of executive industry trends and market developments, providing strategic insights and market intelligence as appropriate
Ensure timely and accurate reporting on recruitment activities and progress for key stakeholders
Drive and lead continuous improvement in the executive search recruitment process and outcomes
Who We Are Looking For: You
8+ years of executive recruiting experience from having spent time in both executive search firms and corporate executive recruiting functions combined with demonstrated success leading and developing teams
Results driven execution of talent acquisition and search strategies
Agile leader with expert knowledge of executive search market practices including hiring for both corporate office and field management positions
Motivates and empowers others to perform while demonstrating and championing the TJX company culture where Associates feel welcome, valued and engaged
Highly consultative approach with the ability to effectively navigate through complex hiring decisions, working across multiple functional areas and brands/divisions
Ability to interpret and analyze data as well as communicate market trends
Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, partner, and build effective working relationships with internal partners in a constantly evolving environment
Highly organized, process- driven and detail orientated with superior prioritization skills
Proficiency in using ATS and CRM systems as well as data analytics tools
Strong strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

This position has a starting salary range of $111,300. to $144,800. per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
