Sr. Staff Engineer/Tech Lead - AI Compiler

Role Overview:

This position will play a key role in developing an AI compiler toolchain to support custom AI/LLM accelerator and compute engine, and making LLMs highly efficiently on single or distributed custom devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop compiler to support instruction extension and parallel programming model on custom devices
• Develop compiler for AI kernel development and dispatching flow
• Develop compiler for host and device unified programming model
• Develop optimization flow/passes for AI models on frameworks such as Triton-Lang and PyTorch compile
• Documentation, feature testing, bug fix

Qualifications:

• BS or MS in CS or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in AI compiler toolchain development
• In-depth knowledge of AI compute framework, optimization and compilation
• Understanding of GPU programming or AI accelerator compute flow is a plus
• Strong coding skills in C/C++ and Python
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Annual Base Salary for this role: $230,000.00 - $350,000.00+ annual bonus+stock options, dependent on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
