WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:

-10+ years experience in the financial industry, with demonstrated experience and track record of IT project delivery for Treasury, Intraday trading, Risk, Capital Markets, Financial Accounting areas

- 5 + years of PMO

- Strong JIRA, Confluence, Tableau

- Agile methodology background and experience working in mature/immature environments.

-Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills, as well as demonstrated experience leading IT teams

-Ability to work with multiple IT platforms and demonstrated understanding of development methodologies

-Familiarity with liquidity risk reporting and management functions and data warehousing principles

-Familiarity with bank products and business operations

-Ability to understand and challenge business processes, requirements and proposed solutions and collaborate with functional and technical SME s to define architecture strategies and roadmaps

-Ability to proactively manage timelines, risks, and client to ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables within a complex environment and challenging / compressed timelines

-Ability to communicate with diverse audience at varying levels of detail as appropriate, including with Business SME s and IT application developers, as well as with senior sponsors/stakeholders

-Ability to demonstrate self-initiative as well as take direction and escalate issues as appropriate

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

-University-level accreditation in Finance, Accounting, or technical discipline (such as MIS/Computer Science) or commensurate experience
