We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Staff Development Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating staff training programs that align with our organizational goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive staff training program that includes onboarding, professional development, and continuing education.
- Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with department managers.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, ensuring high levels of participation and understanding.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest training methods, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve our training offerings.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to integrate training initiatives with overall talent management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all training programs, participant progress, and outcomes.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to staff as needed to enhance their professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and learning management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
