Are YOU a Supply Chain Manager with the vision and drive to transform logistics and stock purchasing for an 8-figure ecommerce brand?
If you answered an enthusiastic “YES,” then KEEP READING.
We are an 8-figure ecommerce brand that sells products for kids in more than 15 countries. We launched the brand at the beginning of 2022 and scaled it from 0 to multiple 7 figures in our first year, did 8 figures in sales in 2023 and multiple 8 figures in 2024.
If you're sick of flat lining in your career and ready for growth, apply to join our team now. Our goal is to become a 9-figure brand within the next couple of years and innovate our industry by introducing custom and unique products that will help our customers' lives.
And THAT’S where you come in.
We’re looking for a commercially savvy and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our logistics and stock purchasing & management while fostering strong relationships with our external partners. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands the Profit and Loss (P&L) in detail, can drive cost optimization, and ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
If you’ve done it before, know how to deliver clear, measurable results, and are ready to elevate our supply chain operation, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of supply chain management experience in an ecommerce company is required
- Proven experience in managing external logistics partners and 3rd party logistics (3PL) providers, including negotiation with Chinese factories and optimizing supplier relationships.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions that directly impact profitability.
- Strong understanding of supply chain software and tools to drive operational efficiency.
- Exceptional relationship management skills: you know how to bring out the best in partners and teams.
- Experience optimizing stock flows, including air and sea freight strategies.

- Ability to independently manage workflows and become self-sufficient within 3 months.
- Solid understanding of financial processes, approvals, and their impact on the Profit and Loss (P&L).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with outsourced partners, ensuring collaboration and performance at the highest levels.
- Optimize stock movement across channels (e.g., 20% air freight, 80% sea freight) to balance speed and cost efficiency.
- Manage clear and measurable deliverables: ensuring stock arrives on time, streamlining logistics processes, and coordinating with forwarders for cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Negotiate with factories in China to secure the best stock prices, terms, and lead times while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective planning strategies to avoid overstocking or understocking, ensuring optimal inventory levels at all times.
- Keep Amazon and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) operations separate while maintaining operational clarity for both.
- Provide solutions that positively impact the P&L, ensuring decisions align with business goals (e.g., finding ways to reduce shipping costs or improve delivery times).
- Identify and implement the best supply chain software solutions to streamline processes and ensure transparency.
- Quickly develop self-sufficiency in managing approval processes, with clear checks and balances (e.g., finance approvals and CFO sign-offs).
- Report and communicate key metrics to leadership, highlighting the impact on the P&L and the efficiency of supply chain operations.
