Role Overview
As our Supply Chain & Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth and operational excellence. This is a fully remote position with endless opportunities for career advancement and impact. You'll collaborate closely with our visionary founders, shaping the future of our brand.
Responsibilities
Forecasting & Procurement: Take charge of forecasting for our diverse product catalog, ensuring optimal inventory levels across all channels. Manage relationships with our global suppliers and oversee seamless delivery logistics.
Supply Chain Management: Lead communications with our supply chain partners, optimizing lead times and mitigating risks. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support our expansion efforts into new markets.
Quality Control: Uphold our high standards of quality assurance, monitoring and improving defect rates. Implement robust processes for continuous improvement.
Operations: Manage relationships with our third-party logistics (3PL) partners, ensuring smooth integration and operational efficiency. Streamline processes and uphold organizational standards.
Requirements
Passion for our mission and brand ethos
Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with international suppliers and e-commerce logistics
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
Process-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
