We need a top-tier Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build our future team.
Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the heart of our thriving company, collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Executive Leadership Team to make a tangible impact on the growth and development of our sales and corporate hiring.
This is a remote role after the training period. However, to facilitate initial collaboration, we prefer candidates located in the Milwaukee or Chicagoland area.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a high-volume recruiting role
- Expertise in screening candidates and making quick, sound decisions
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for sales roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping, particularly with Excel
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Competitive compensation ranging from $65,000-85,000, commensurate with experience
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and guiding candidates through the interview process to their first day
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding and beyond
- Collaborate with various hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored recruiting solutions
- Demonstrate versatility by contributing to various projects and wearing multiple hats
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and a smooth onboarding process
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on recruiting statistics
