This position provides instructional support within established guidelines set by the organization and specific departments. Instruction may occur in various settings, including classrooms or participants' homes, serving individuals or groups.
Key Responsibilities
Provide engaging instruction, assess curriculum effectiveness, and develop new curriculum to meet participant needs and program objectives.
Act as team leader in collaborative teaching settings.
Develop recruitment strategies, assess participant needs, and maintain relationships with service providers for referrals.
Maintain accurate records and prepare statistical reports as required.
Manage inventory of instructional materials and provide logistical support to participants.
Actively participate in meetings, training sessions, and organizational activities.
Demonstrate proficiency in instructional theory and technique, meeting departmental and program standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
Minimum Three Years Of Relevant Experience In Service Provision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Comfort with a hybrid work model, including occasional in-person meetings.
Work Environment
Moderate noise level; flexibility in scheduling and work location.
Various program sites across Chicago; ability to travel to different locations as needed.
Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
