Technical Solutions Architect


Are you an experienced Solutions Architect with a passion for data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, big data, and customer solutioning? We're looking for someone like you to join our team as a Technical Solutions Architect. In this role, you'll be responsible for guiding the technical evaluation phase of our AI training business throughout the sales process. You will work closely to support our sales leaders and customers, determining the best ways to receive, transform, and deliver content to support their data training needs. This is a highly commercial role, and we are looking for someone who can be both commercially savvy and technically astute, and work as part of a high performing team.



What You Will Do

  • Develop, lead, and manage technical solutions and offerings for our customers.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their AI data needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Work with the technology and product teams to identify requirements to enhance our platform further to support customer needs.
  • Identify and liaise with potential technology partners that could be complimentary to our offering.
  • Triage and resolve any technical obstacles during project delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and data science and incorporate them into our service offerings.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.


To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, AI, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect for AI solutions, with a focus on building and deploying data models.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing data projects from conception to completion, preferably in a language services or localization industry.
  • Strong understanding of language and cultural considerations in data handling, with experience working on multilingual data projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized data solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Knowledge of localization best practices and technologies is a plus.
