REAL ESTATE SALES TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the efficient progression of real estate transactions from contract to closing performing a range of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure that each transaction is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
During transaction collaborate with buyers, sales agents, lender and escrow representatives, and construction team
Monitor, prepare and track documents including contracts, addenda, deeds, closing statements, lenders requirements and other paperwork
Manage deadlines for each transaction and ensure that each step is completed on schedule

QUALIFICATIONS
Prefer 2-5 years of industry experience
Knowledge of real estate documents and process
Excellent organization, time management, communication and problem solving experience
