We are seeking a creative and strategic User Experience (UX) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Consultant will be responsible for leading UX research, conducting usability testing, and designing user-centric solutions across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design methodologies, usability principles, and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences that delight users.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability studies, to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations for improving user experience design.
  • Develop user personas, user journey maps, and usability testing plans to inform UX design decisions and enhance usability and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to conceptualize and implement user-centric designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups that effectively communicate UX strategies and solutions to stakeholders and clients.
  • Conduct usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on user testing results and usability best practices.
  • Stay updated on UX design trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards, and apply this knowledge to improve UX processes and methodologies.
  • Provide strategic UX consultancy to clients, including UX audits, heuristic evaluations, and recommendations for optimizing digital products and services.
  • Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposal writing, and presenting UX capabilities and case studies.
