UX/UI Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Developer to join our creative team. The UX/UI Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience and visually appealing interface design. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centric design, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to gather and understand user requirements and business objectives.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Develop responsive front-end layouts using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
• Create and maintain design guidelines, UI kits, and design documentation.
• Ensure consistency in design and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate UI components and ensure technical feasibility of designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and front-end development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues and optimize application performance.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (relevant experience and portfolio may substitute).
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer, Front-end Developer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in designing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with UX research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
