Vice President Finance

We are searching for a VP of Finance for a fast-growing organization that is in the beginning stages of an IPO. The position will report directly to the CFO and will help build out the finance team and the entire FP&A function. The role will focus heavily on building out the architecture of the finance team, to allow the company to scale. The position is hybrid. This a very hands-on role. This is not a heavy delegation role. It is much more of a "player/coach" / "roll your sleeves up" type of function. As the company grows, it will become much less hands-on and more supervisory. Heavy experience in senior financial leadership is required. The role requires someone who is a self-starter. Someone who independently identifies areas of need and opportunities, and who then proactively acts upon them. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business is required, with an advanced degree preferred. Documented experience building out and setting up a finance department is also required.
