Position: Vice President and Product Pillar Leader

Are you a visionary leader with a knack for driving product strategy? We're looking for a Vice President and Product Pillar Leader to spearhead our Close & Consolidation Product Pillar within the Controllership Business Unit. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with industry trends and customer needs while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crafting a Compelling Vision: Inspire global teams with a clear and compelling product vision and roadmap that resonates with all stakeholders.
  • Ownership and Accountability: Take ownership of the product portfolio's roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and P&L, ensuring successful execution.
  • Value Creation: Lead the creation and execution of value creation plans for our products, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer success, and services to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Metrics-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis to inform strategic decisions and enhance the customer experience.
  • Innovation and Partnership: Identify opportunities for innovation through build, buy, or partner strategies, driving acquisition and integration efforts.
  • Product Development Leadership: Lead the product development organization in executing releases and prioritizing resources for maximum ROI.

  • Change Management: Ability to drive complex change management initiatives with effective communication skills.
  • Collaborative Approach: Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams and building consensus.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to derive actionable insights from disparate data sources.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate high-level strategy and tactical details effectively.
