The Role

We're looking for a Producer who has experience working with a high volume of clients. To be considered you must be able to commute to our office in Inglewood, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire project from pre-production to post-production by staying in regular communication with the client
  • Dig deep into a creative brief and clear up any uncertainties with the client and team before kicking off the project
  • Understand the client’s goals and offer consistent guidance toward the best possible product that aligns with those goals
  • Leverage knowledge of digital media landscapes to maximize content engagement and exposure
  • Prepare the client and crew for the day of the production by crafting clear Call Sheets and outlines to ensure key details are accounted for
  • Communicate and collaborate with a team of savvy creative producers and video editors to produce engaging content that elevates our client’s brands and helps them achieve their goals
  • Develop great client relationships by building trust and respect through transparency and communication
  • Champion our project management tool (Monday.com) by plugging in production timelines and making sure everything is up-to-date with the latest information, status reports, and links
  • Make sure statuses are clear, key deadlines are manageable, and the entire team is aware of all projects in our queue
  • Keep a pulse on the creative team workload and shift around a few individual plates to effectively accommodate an urgent quick-turn creative request
  • Nudge along the client and creative team with proactively upbeat reminders regarding key project deadlines to the creative team
  • Lead scheduled and supported brainstorms, creative reviews, retrospectives, and other ceremonies to keep the team aligned and focused

About You

  • Passion for Production: You get a thrill from making beautiful and effective content on time and on budget.
  • Obsession with Organization: You have a love for creative project management and are continually looking for ways to streamline, organize, and optimize our projects. You also deeply understand the creative process and can speak Copywriter and Designer, and think a dozen steps ahead. You really know what it takes to get a project completed, and use that magic to keep us all on track.
  • Communication Skills: You know how important it is to keep everyone in the know and lean on your expert communication skills to make sure everyone throughout the process is in the loop, whether it's drafting up notes from a brief, nudging a colleague on a timeline or deliverable, sharing updates on Monday.com, leading a weekly project check-in or sharing status reports to stakeholders on progress.
  • Collaborative: You should be a politician in the way you clearly define a brief and build out the execution across the creative team, generating support and buy-in from both key stakeholders and team members by keeping the communication flowing and ultimately hitting the deadlines and delivering the creative projects you scoped.
  • Trusting: You should build a reputation as an expert as well as an accountable, transparent, and trustworthy teammate.
  • Don’t Feel Pressure: You know how to juggle multiple tasks at a time with ease and don't sweat things when it's crunch time or projects turn on a dime.
