We are a leading educational platform dedicated to empowering educators to enhance their professional practices. Currently, we are seeking passionate individuals to join us as Virtual Instructional Coaches on a part-time basis.

Role Overview

You will provide personalized coaching to educators through weekly Zoom conferences and by offering constructive feedback on classroom videos submitted via our platform. Your support will help educators achieve meaningful goals aimed at improving their teaching methods.

Responsibilities

Commit to availability for 6 to 7-week coaching cycles, with potential for extensions.

Conduct weekly, individualized coaching sessions via Zoom in a professional and conducive environment (typically 45 - 60 minutes each).

Provide timely, constructive feedback on teacher-submitted videos within 24 hours using our platform.

Curate and share 1-2 goal-related resources weekly from our extensive library.

Complete and share comprehensive coaching reports with relevant stakeholders within 48 hours of coaching sessions.

Schedule and conduct summative calls with school supervisors.

Maintain responsiveness by promptly addressing all communications with stakeholders within 24 hours.

Qualifications

Certified teacher with substantial experience in coaching educators.

Hold a Master's Degree in Education.

Availability to coach between 8:00 AM - 8 PM CST, with willingness to work up to 10 hours per week.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in building and nurturing relationships.

Tech-savvy and open to learning new platforms such.

Familiarity with or willingness to learn about educational methodologies including Teach Like a Champion, Kagan's Cooperative Learning Strategies, CHAMPS classroom management, PLCs, quality questioning strategies, and engagement and rigor enhancement strategies.

This position offers competitive hourly pay, among the highest in the industry for remote-based instructional coaching of teachers and coaches. Please note that this is a 1099 part-time contractor position and does not offer full-time employment.
