About the role and why it’s unique:
You will own and oversee Retention strategy through the management of VIP, Bonusing, Promotions and CRM
You will design and drive the strategy of a unique loyalty program including customer Bonuses and Promotions that drives growth, engagement, and retention of our customers
Build, scale, and manage key elements of an innovation loyalty program that will ensure increased customer acquisition and retention
Work closely with the Marketing leadership Executive teams and play a significant role in shaping the company's strategic initiatives
You will lead the development and execution of innovative, breakthrough and data-driven retention strategies to drive loyalty/retention, sales growth, and brand advocacy across all Underdog products
Work within a matrixed, cross-functional team across multiple, highly complex projects focused on driving the quality of engagement amongst customers and prospects
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across teams, fostering alignment on special project efforts
Who you are:
Proven experience (10+ years) in a customer marketing or adjacent role, preferably with background in customer analytics, retention marketing, CRM or customer strategy
Deep understanding of retention and acquisition marketing best practices and automation tools
Data-driven decision-maker with a strong desire to analyze and further improve company performance
Robust experience in concepting initiatives, managing projects with little direction, and driving measurable results in a fast-paced environment
This individual will understand lifecycle marketing and the value created through differentiated loyalty offerings. They will be passionate about launching new touchpoints that will create a deep level of engagement as well as enthusiastic member retention
To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of customer service, loyalty programs, and account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Even better if you have:
Mobile app experience
Real money gaming and or retail experience
Passion for sports
Our targeted compensation rate for this position is between $210,000 and $240,000, depending on experience, plus equity. Think your skills are exceptional and warrant higher pay? Apply anyway! If we agree, we're willing to negotiate.
This position may require sports betting licensure based on certain state regulations.
