Our client, an industrial service provider, seeks a Vice President to lead the Sales & Marketing teams to drive revenue growth and brand visibility. This person will be responsible for the success of the Business Development, Account Management and Marketing groups. The executive team is looking for someone who is very hands-on, and leads by example.

Major Duties:

Sales Commission and Sales & Marketing performance tracking

Leads management

State/local government bid capture

Monthly sales performance reporting

Digital Marketing, Social Media, SEO, SEM

CRM, data-driven decision making

Training and ongoing education of the SM team

Client meetings
