At o360, we're bridging the gap between healthcare and digital worlds, creating impactful online platforms for doctors and healthcare professionals. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Content Coordinator to ensure our web content is both SEO-friendly and resonates with our clientele.

Position Overview:

The Content Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the intersection of content strategy and website design. Collaborating with our Website Account Managers and Copywriters, your mission will be to ensure the content for our websites is optimized, accurate, and aligns with our clients' objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Website Account Managers to understand client needs and content requirements.
  • Collaborate with Copywriters to ensure content is SEO-optimized and tailored for the healthcare industry.
  • Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content for website integrations.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and content best practices.
  • Assist in content strategy planning to enhance website performance and user engagement.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle feedback and revisions in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in content coordination or management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
