Responsibilities:

  • Travel Itinerary Management: Coordinate travel itineraries for clients and team members, including flights, accommodations, and transportation arrangements, ensuring seamless travel experiences
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for travel-related inquiries, maintaining clear and timely communication with clients, travel vendors, and internal team members
  • Calendar Maintenance: Update and manage travel calendars, including scheduling reminders, follow-ups, and itinerary adjustments as needed
  • Logistical Support: Assist with logistical arrangements such as hotel bookings, ground transportation, and activity reservations, optimizing travel plans for efficiency and comfort
  • Documentation: Prepare and organize travel documentation, including flight itineraries, hotel confirmations, and travel insurance information, ensuring all details are accurate and easily accessible
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve travel-related issues or challenges, such as flight delays or cancellations, to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth travel experiences
  • Client Support: Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing travel inquiries, providing updates, and offering assistance throughout the travel planning process
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate travel schedules, share updates, and ensure alignment on travel details and requirements
