Workplace Experience Manager

This position is based in our Denver office.

As the Workplace Experience Manager at AgentSync, you will assume a central role in leading and shaping our workplace environment and culture. This position calls for a dynamic individual with a passion for community building, adept project management abilities, and a hospitality-oriented approach. This role is critical to our success and we expect you to drive organizational performance through strengthening our internal community, offering them an engaging and inclusive employee experience, and cultivating our culture through our physical workspace.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our corporate offices, including scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing workplace maintenance activities
  • Partner with security team on building access for employees and security-related repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure Health, Safety and Environment compliance throughout the property
  • Manage the workplace experience budget efficiently and effectively, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with building management and key vendor partners
  • Collaborate on event planning, including communication, logistics and budget management including two in-person all hands meetings and monthly all hands meetings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs, events, and initiatives that promote employee engagement and well-being
  • Conduct focus groups and pulse surveys on the experience of in office, hybrid, and remote Secret Agents to enhance the experience of working at AgentSync
  • Establish a wellness program to promote the financial and physical health of our team
  • Coordinate with cross functional partners (IT/ Security/People) to create a world class onboarding experience for new hires
  • Support efforts to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace in collaboration with our ERGs, fostering an environment where all employees feel valued and respected

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; or equivalent related experience
  • 3+ years of experience in workplace management, facilities management, or related roles
  • Proven leadership and project management experience
  • Passion for creating exceptional workplace experiences
  • Analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and propose insights
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with Google Suite, Jira, and Slack platforms

Salary

In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.

Denver/Boulder Metro

$95-110k with bonus potential

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity program.
