- Whether you're managing a data science team in a startup or a multinational corporation, one of the most challenging tasks can be implementing new processes. And there are some proven ways to do it effectively and efficiently. First, before you rush in to make any changes, make sure you understand what processes are already in place. Take inventory of what's already been implemented and what's actually working. You may find that removing ineffective processes is actually more productive than adding new ones.
