- Well, the algorithm course is almost over and now you've got a better sense of generative AI and how it's reshaping digital marketing. I outlined three types of AI and what each does and identified several key concepts to help you get a handle on what's under the AI hood. I gave you tips on how to talk to machines by being direct and specific, because let's face it, AI is not like us. And I described some of the tools and applications currently available and what to expect in the not so distant future. I also discussed ethical risks and challenges and I shared strategies on how to reimagine your workflow in a way that brings out the best in your team. I know AI can feel overwhelming, so stay curious, critical and open to change.
