Somewhere along the way, you might have been told that if you want to be successful, you have to specialize. If you ever had any business training, you might have heard the advice, choose a niche. Well, here's the thing. This advice might be helpful for some people sometimes, but it's also responsible for a lot of people feeling stuck and unfulfilled in their jobs. If you have a single minded mission and you know exactly what it is, that's what you should do.
