I need the definition on what project management is? During my career I noticed alot of people working as project managers without any education, and also educated people who actually don´t know what project manegement is. I also noticed that those who don´t succeed with a project are those before mentioned and especially when the entire organization thinks they know what project manegement is...and thier thinking is wrong.
So far I see a big hurdle in that one. I think the tool is no problem and getting better and better - the problem is the people using Generative AI in project management. Project management is change management and leading adn not stiring and controlling.
