Creating a script template

- Let's talk about setting up your own script template in Word. It's a fairly straightforward process, and it's something you can save and use over and over again. First, you want to start a new blank document. Give yourself a couple of lines. I'm just going to type the words "Script Template", go down a couple of bars, then what we want to do is go to Insert, and go down to Table, and you can decide how many columns you want. My recommendation would be a minimum of three because if you're going to have very basic audio and video, you're going to still want to have numbers on the left hand side. Now you can change the width of the columns however you want them. I usually make the numbers the narrowest one, and I give myself the most space for the right hand column, which is for the audio, particularly if there's going to be a lot of narration.
