- Whatever kind of project you are managing, you will face some challenges. So, here are a few things I suggest you focus on as you complete this course. Let's call them calls to action. Plan informal discussions. Listen more than you speak, so that you can hear things that are not said. Ask open-ended questions to get people thinking. And as the Depeche Mode band said, "Enjoy the silence." Leave space and time for thinking, processing, idea generation, and creativity. Identify and tackle themes before they become issues.
