- Hi, I'm Dr. Jay Kumar. We're going to be learning the three tools how to be ready, resilient, and reflective on how we can rehumanize for the future. What I would like for you to learn from this course are three important takeaways. The first is why we need to learn strategies to rehumanize at work and the world and for the future after the pandemic and what you can do to begin to reenter safely and effectively into that transition. The second is how mental health is key. Mental health is the future for work. Organizations, companies, and individuals need to embrace how mental health is no longer a taboo topic. It is going to be a core component in programs, resources and strategies to flourish for the future. The third is the notion of how we can begin to harness brain science research and provide concrete, tangible applied strategies to help you become more ready, resilient, and reflective for the future and to thrive and to flourish on the journey ahead.
