- I'm going to admit it. I'm like an overachiever type of personality. I've got like, you know, a hundred things I'm doing at once, projects, blah, blah, blah; you name it. But I have to really remember, it's not about the destination sometimes, it's about the direction. Focus on the progress; not being perfect. Do a mental checklist. What can I do today? What can I just accomplish one thing today? And by learning to reflect on what you can focus on in terms of progress, not perfection, this will help you in your re-humanization process back into working in the world.
