The launching of a terminology document on Agrofood technology by Kementerian Pertanian dan Keterjaminan Makanan Malaysia. This document was developed by SIRIM together with the appointed Working Group listing about 500+ terminologies related to general technology, fisheries, food processing, livestock, plantation, talent and financing technologies. South Sumatra is the largest average contributor to natural rubber production, namely 28.77% of the total national rubber production each year. However, most rubber farmers have a habit of storing and dumping their rubber harvest in rivers. Where the river is the main water body to meet their daily needs. This habit over time will have an impact on environmental pollution. This article aims to provide comprehensive information about the negative impacts of soaking rubber in rivers and provide understanding to the public regarding the impacts and dangers of the habit of soaking rubber in rivers. The research method used is qualitative analysis. The data collection used was primary data through direct observation, filling out questionnaires, interviews with 15 people from the Pali Regency community who live around the river and secondary data through literature study. The results show that the community still practices the habit of soaking rubber agricultural products in rivers in Pali Regency, despite a lack of awareness and knowledge about the negative impacts they cause. The conclusions of this research indicate the need for efforts to increase community awareness and knowledge about the negative impacts of the rubber soaking habit. Through this article, it is hoped that it can open people's eyes to the risks and consequences associated with this habit so that it can create a healthy environment and improve the quality of rubber agricultural products in the future. Sharing the Pagyabong ng Yamang Ani: Digital Impact Story of my Ateneo Development Studies Students for SY 2023-2024. The "Pagyabong ng Yamang Ani" is a solidarity service-learning project spearheaded by Team KaAni. It aims to revitalize agricultural entrepreneurship among Antipolo farmers in partnership with four farming organizations from Barangay Calawis and Barangay San Jose, Antipolo, Rizal. The collaborating organizations comprise Calawis Punlaang Bayan, Inc. (CPBI), Marikina Watershed Kaysakat Association Inc. (MARIWSKA), San Jose Free Farmers Association of Antipolo, Inc. (SJFFAAI), and Tulungan Sa Kabuhayan ng Calawis, Inc. (TSKC). These four groups are under the Department of Agriculture’s Balik Probinsya Bagong Pag-asa (BP2) Program. The project confronts the pressing issue of farming's lack of viability as a regular livelihood, often leading to reduced interest in agriculture and a consequent shift towards other vocations. The European Union has enacted the EU Deforestation-Free Regulation (EUDR) or deforestation-free regulation since mid-May 2023, and it will officially be implemented in 2025. Under this regulation, every agricultural, plantation, and livestock product must undergo deforestation-free due diligence, which means prohibiting the import of goods resulting from deforestation after December 31, 2020, if they are to be sold in the European Union. One sector that will be affected is palm oil, which is one of Indonesia's main export products to the European Union. The price of Indonesian palm oil has the potential to plummet in the international market. Palm oil farmers also risk being excluded from the supply chain because it is difficult to obtain verification.
