The abnormal noise produced during the operation of the hydraulic cylinder is mainly the metal friction sound or fluid noise of the relative moving surface, and the harsh scream or "hissing" scream. Reasons why the hydraulic cylinder cannot drive the load, the piston rod stops incorrectly, the thrust is insufficient, the speed decreases, and the work is unstable during operation: 1. Internal leakage of hydraulic cylinder. Including leakage caused by excessive wear of hydraulic cylinder seals, piston rod and sealing cover seals, and piston seals. 2. Hydraulic circuit leakage. Including leaks in valves and hydraulic lines. 3. If dirt enters the relief valve and jams the valve core, causing the relief valve to remain open, the hydraulic oil will flow directly back to the tank through the bypass of the relief valve, resulting in no oil entering the hydraulic cylinder. If the load is too large, although the regulating pressure of the relief valve has reached the maximum rating, the hydraulic cylinder still cannot obtain the thrust required for continuous action and does not act.
