Canton Biologics' DTEasy (Difficult to Express) platform is distinguished by its efficacy and versatility. We provide a comprehensive range of vectors meticulously engineered to address varying levels of expression difficulty. 📌 In one instance, regarding tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA): Challenges we faced: 1) the non-covalent complex formed between t-PA and its inhibitor exhibited a loosely structured nature, facilitating separation; 2) the traditional purification process for t-PA generally requires three to four steps to achieve purity exceeding 90%. Solutions: We developed a dual expression vector that co-expresses t-PA in conjunction with its inhibitor, complemented by an efficient one-step chromatographic purification process.
