What is Event Management? Event marketing is an excellent BTL promotion tool, which is often referred to simply as "event". Types of events: o Parties; o Presentations; o Public events; o Exhibitions; o Conferences; o Seminars. The event is different from other types of BTL services because each activity requires careful and time-consuming preparation, but the actual activity only takes a few hours to complete. Therefore, the preparation phase plays a crucial role in the success of the event, and special attention must be paid to planning. While we take other activities seriously, it is not always possible to adjust the details during the event. Our BTL agency, Urban Media, has extensive experience in event hosting. We know all the nuances and features of this industry like no one else. Therefore, we guarantee that your event will be held at the highest level! Urban Media. Progresses you. #btl #btlmarketing #marketing

If your 2025 event marketing plans are still in-the-works and you’re advocating for budget from your CMO, here’s how I’d create the pitch if I were in your shoes: - Look at how much revenue events influenced in 2024 - Document what worked best and build your 2025 strategy based on that - Create “Good,” “Better,” and “Best” plans of what you’d like to do - Estimate how much it would cost to execute each of those options - Show how you’d align with the sales and AM teams to execute these events - Present your final request for budget Skip to “Present your final request for budget,” and your CMO is only getting a sliver of the rationale behind that dollar amount. This approach isn’t overkill; it’s strategic and proof to your CMO that you’ve thought your big 2025 plans through.

Marketing manager Jason Konopinski was recently interviewed - along with other events industry professionals - by BizBash for an article discussing the critical importance of understanding a client's 'why' for an event and how that knowledge shapes design decisions, logistics, and execution. • "In situations where different stakeholders have differing visions, Konopinski stresses the importance of clear communication. “This is the perfect opportunity for brass tacks conversations with the client, especially if there is a planning committee steering both budget and design,” he says. “It is important to acknowledge the needs and concerns of every stakeholder while working toward meeting the vision of the event, which can look like, ‘I hear you, and…’ From that point forward, as professionals and the acknowledged experts, keep each concern top of mind while working to meet the goals set by the stakeholders.” Read the complete article here: https://lnkd.in/e5g4rBBh
