I'm surprised about die casting, which is a metal casting process. That give high pressure to melted metal in mold cavity, and then cooling forming, small and precise parts are born and have high dimensional consistency. Most materials used are zinc alloy, aluminum alloy. After secondary process, for example, polishing, plating, or other surface treatment, these parts are what you want. In addition, the remains of raw material can be used in die casting again. That's so environmental, isn't it?
