A formulation that was ahead of its time. We launched our 7-Day Ampoule Serum Kits in 2022 and just like any other product, we had put our heart into formulating these unique kits and were super anxious to see the response once it hits the shelves. But, it wasn't how we had anticipated. We thought it might hit the industry by storm. That didn't happen though. Honestly, it should have for everything it was offering. We received really good feedback from everyone who tried these phenomenal serums, but they still weren't instant successes. That got me thinking - Maybe the industry wasn't ready for it then?  Yes, it was innovative, but was it practical?  Was the price point acceptable to the industry?  Maybe the packaging didn't hit the right spot even though it seemed like the best choice to safeguard the precious botanicals and potent actives. Maybe it was a blend of all the factors and despite being loved by many, these remarkable serums didn't scale how we had hoped. The hurt when a product doesn't grow to its potential is more profound than the joy of a product's success. And as someone who takes pride in her formulations, it's always a personal loss. It's time to bid farewell to these phenomenal serums and go back to the drawing board. We'll come back, better.
