IT's MOVEMBER TIME - LETS SUPPORT OUR MEN! Did you know that men are often less likely to seek help when facing health challenges, whether it’s physical, mental, or emotional? This hesitation can lead to poorer health outcomes, impacting not just the individual but everyone around them - family, friends, coworkers, and communities. This month, known as Movember, is dedicated to raising awareness for men’s health. Let’s all help to break the stigma, encourage conversations, and remind the men in our lives that support is always available💙 Whether it's checking in with a friend, sharing resources, or simply creating a safe space to talk, we can all make a difference. Together, let's inspire healthier, stronger, and more connected lives for the men we care about. #movember #mensmentalhealth #menswellbeing #menshealth

ASK TWICE is something you’ll have heard more than once. It’s something we all still take for granted in conversation, yet has such a huge importance. Statistically, people will say “I’m fine” 14 times a week with only 19% of those who saying actually meaning it. So our message this week? Is our message every week. Ask twice. Want to hear an answer. Follow up on it. Help keep your mates here, by lending an ear. #AttackTheStat #TimeToTalk #MentalHealth #MensMentalHealth #MensHealthMonth #Movember #SuicidePrevention

Today, we’re launching our Movember initiative, standing together to address critical issues in men’s health. This month is more than mustaches—it's a movement to shed light on mental health struggles, preventable cancers, and the ongoing challenge of suicide among men. By embracing this cause, we aim to create a safe, recovery-friendly workplace where conversations about men’s health are encouraged and supported. Movember reminds us that men's health issues are often overlooked, and many feel alone in their battles. We hope to change that by sparking dialogues that can break the silence and create a culture of openness and understanding. At BHDDH we will be wearing mustaches—some real, some playful—but each representing our commitment to raising awareness and making a difference. Every photo we share, every story we tell, and every conversation we start has the power to reach someone in need. #Movember #MensHealth #RecoveryFriendlyWorkplace

#Movember is here with a focus on men’s mental health. I think Lee Healey makes a good point in this post by pointing out the role of leaders. There are plenty of things men can do on their own to shore up their mental health, but leaders have an impact by choosing the type of environment and support system they create for their teams. #WeContainWhatMatters #MensHealthMatters
Today marks the start of November, or rather, Movember, a month dedicated to spotlighting men’s mental and physical health. Celebrating Movember is traditionally done by growing moustaches to bring awareness to men’s increased risk of suicide as well as prostate and testicular cancer, but it’s also a chance for us at Trivium to explore what mental health truly means for the men in our community. We’re honoured to share personal stories, starting with Ibukun (KB) Kembi and Lee Healey, who opened up about the pressures men face growing up and the importance of seeking help and finding healthy outlets. Keep an eye on our feed throughout the month as we continue to highlight men’s mental health and promote wellness together. #WeContainWhatMatters #movember #menshealthmatters
