Etihad Cargo, the cargo and logistics arm of Etihad Airways, has extended its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Industry & Advanced Technology | وزارة الصناعة والتكنولوجيا المتقدمة (MoIAT), offering preferential #aircargo rates to In-Country Value (ICV)-certified companies. This initiative comes as part of #EtihadCargo’s commitment to promoting local products, strengthening the #UAE’s industrial sector and enhancing its competitiveness in international markets. Providing discounted air cargo rates across Etihad Cargo’s fleet, the extended MoU was signed by Stanislas Brun, Vice President Cargo at Etihad Cargo, and Salama Alawadhi, Director of National In-Country Value Programme (ICV) at MoIAT, in the presence of His Excellency Omar Ahmed Suwaina Alsuwaidi, Undersecretary of MoIAT. Air Arabia to Resume Sharjah-Yanbu Service on November 28 - Air Arabia, the UAE-based low-cost carrier, has announced plans to resume its Sharjah – Yanbu route starting November 28, 2024. The route will be serviced by the airline’s Airbus A320 fleet, which is well-suited for the relatively short journey between the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
