Fear.
I'm going to be real with you... I'm scared of missing deadlines and deliverables 😬. As I start this new business, I know I'm not alone in this fear.
But here's the thing: I'm not going to let fear hold me back 🚀. I'm prioritizing planning and clear communication to stay on top of tasks and goals 📊.
When it comes to your business, or personal life, what's one thing you fear and how have you managed it?

Just gonna be vulnerable for a second and share a fear that I'm currently working through, which is as I am starting three strands, getting my business going and bringing on clients that have marketing projects and marketing support. And one of the things that I'm working through is how. I'm going to manage the times when I'm not delivering on the clients expected deadline or more specifically the clients expectations as a fear for me because I'm very passionate about helping people. I'm very passionate about small business. I'm very passionate about marketing and very passionate about the fact that my clients are trusting me with such a big part of their their lives and their businesses. So if I can't deliver on what I'm promising, then that like that scares me, right? Luckily, I'm not in that position. Right now, but it could be as the business grows, as I take on more. So, you know, my plan is, and this is the thing about plan, I've got plans for all of this. I've looked at this and my experience is, tells me how I'm going to manage it, which is going to be through effective planning and using proper tools and communication. But I do know and I have enough experience to know that life happens and things can shift. And yeah, I'm just, I'm just afraid of when that time could come where, you know, I'm missing that, that, that deadline or, or. That planned deliverable. So I'm just sharing that just just vulnerably today. And I'm sure I'm not the only person I've ever dealt with that. So if you've dealt with that and you have an experience you want to share, I'd love to hear it. But yeah, it's one of the things I'm working on right now, so I figured I'd share.
