Once at a team-building event, we did an exercise where we gave compliments to each other. It sparked such a strong wave among us that we decided to practice it on a regular basis, even remotely. Now, somewhere once a month during joint video conferences, one colleague gives a sincere compliment to another. This compliment relates to achievements at work or qualities that have contributed to process improvements. The second person accepts the compliment and forms a new compliment for the third person. And so on until the circle is complete. This creates a very positive vibe among us and adds value to each of us. After these rounds, our warm specialists turn into hot ones.
