Please, if you still have a healthy mind and conscience, STOP GENOCIDE.

Given the rapid advancements in #AI, particularly #GenAI, there’s an undeniable opportunity to highlight how these technologies are reshaping #productivity and #enhancing human potential across industries. AI and GenAI are no longer just tools, they’re becoming integral, assistive technologies that can amplify human capabilities in a way we've never seen before. The potential for AI to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and support creativity is already visible, but the horizon holds even more. At the Summit, it would be exciting to see discussions on how these technologies will be leveraged for transformative solutions in fields like #healthcare, #education, #energytransition and #urbanplanning, ultimately speeding up problem-solving across sectors. Another pivotal consideration, as we expand AI's applications, is #energy. Increased AI adoption brings a proportional demand for energy, which intersects with the global imperative for #sustainablegrowth. This demand intensifies the focus on energy transition strategies, particularly the role of #nuclearenergy investments and innovations in clean #tech to support a growing AI infrastructure. Imagine discussions at the Summit that connect AI's transformational role in productivity with actionable insights on sustainable energy solutions, this would equip #leaders with a #roadmap for AI integration that’s both #forwardthinking and #responsible. Web Summit has a unique platform to foster a balanced #dialogue on these advancements and their infrastructural impacts. I’d be thrilled to see this year’s panels feature voices at the forefront of these fields.

In case you missed it, I’ll be on Nicholas Whitaker’s podcast later this week. We have a great discussion about workplace wellness, covering the good, the bad, and the less spoken about. It’s important for organizations to do shadow work if leaders want to create healthy workplaces. On a recent call, I was reminded that the shadow holds both gifts and areas for development. Organizations that shy away from tougher topics risk compromising their overall health (psychological, cultural, financial, etc).
