Greetings again from the UN Climate conference in Baku, Azerbaijan. I'm delighted to be with you today to interview a very special guest, Pedro Pizarro, CEO of Edison International and a board member AT3M. Hi Pedro, how many COPs have you been to? This is my fifth COP So tell us, why as a CEO you like to come to COP. What do you get out of it? Well, you know, my company is sending electric power company and so our sector really is a driver for the clean energy transition. Most of our operations are in California when we also have a business called Trio that serves large corporate clients. So there's a lot of reasons to be here, right. We are very aligned with what California is doing in terms of its net zero targets as a corporation. We have said that target of zero emissions across scopes 1-2 and 3 by 2045. We engage with clients of Trio,; we engage with government officials; and we compare notes with people around the world like you so I���m just really happy to be here and I always feel like I get a lot out of the experience. Me too. I totally agree now this time what have you gotten out of COP 29 so far ? Wel, so far, other than a lot of great meetings and panels and sessions, an opportunity to talk about a white paper that we released right before Climate Week New York called Reaching Net Zero that looks at what California will need to do to get to net zero. And then quite frankly a lot of conversation about particularly what will happen with the new. Administration in the US, And to what extent will we see the continued drive for clean energy, which I think we will. That's exciting. Any messages you'd like to pass on to others who might be considering coming, who might not have made the trip this year? You know, it's a great opportunity to connect with the world, to exchange ideas and frankly, to show commitment and hearing the stories of what's going on around the world across sectors. Seeing how quickly the power of technology in addressing the challenges of climate, talking about not only climate change mitigation, but climate change adaptation, which is so important. I think it's an area needs even more emphasis than it's had so far. All those are great reasons. Awesome. Well, it's been great to have you here with me. Any final comment you'd like to make? Really proud of the fact that 3M is working on a lot of technology that's going to be critical for climate. So thank you to all the 3Mers out there. Awesome. Thank you so much.
